Residential Project
Lend Lease–TRX Lifestyle Quarter Apartment/Retail
This project as at tender stage and design is at completion stage. Design ongoing using
full 3D REVIT design where a fully coordinated model in being undertaken.

Education Project
Mahsa University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Each Academic block will be conditioned by means of two (2) 120,000 cfm, custom, VAV, rooftop Air Handling Units. Air will be distributed though the buildings by means of variable volume terminal devices which will allow the system to react to the changing cooling load as students move throughout the building.

Commercial Project
SOHO Tower
This project is a joint development between MRCB and Cyberview Sdn Bhd to develop 53.37 acres of land in Cyberjaya comprising of commercial blocks, an integrated lifestyle and retail arena, serviced residential complexes and a convention center. TRC is involved in phase 2 of this development for the serviced residences / office tower. (SOHO)
